They a lot of times they&amp;#39;ll probably win the case since most employment is at will.  But as a small business owner, I&amp;#39;ve been taken to court by my employees and even though I won, litigating the case was expensive.  I just read this post: http://employment-law.legalmatch.com/2008/12/legalmatch-reports-startling-rise-in-employment-related-legal-disputes.html .
