It is great to have an employer who understands that texting is not only for gossip. I often receive texts from my parents or siblings, or even a friend who is in need of my help. It puts me at ease to know that you trust me and your other employees enough to know that we can stay focused on our work and get it done efficiently and still communicate with friends and family. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with this position.
